All class bookings are done through the Mindbody app or webpage. Before booking, you must purchase a valid class pass from our website: movementspaceph.com. Once you have a valid pass, you can use the Mindbody platform to schedule your classes.
2. Can I buy a pass directly on Mindbody?
No, class passes are only available for purchase on movementspaceph.com. Once purchased, you can use your pass to book classes via Mindbody.
3. Do I need to pay before booking a class?
Yes, payment is required before booking. You must buy a pass on our website first, then use it to book classes on Mindbody.
4. Can I walk in and join a class?
We strongly recommend pre-booking your class to secure your spot. However, walk-ins may book up to 5 minutes before class start time through Mindbody. Once the class begins, no more bookings will be accepted.
5. What is your cancellation policy?

Early Cancellation: You can cancel up to 8 hours before class start time to get your class credit back, which can be used for another class.

Late Cancellation: If you cancel less than 8 hours before class, your class credit will still be deducted and will not be refunded or transferred.
6. How long is my class pass valid?
